The purpose of establishing house rules and etiquette is to define the framework for using the services, thereby avoiding possible misunderstandings and ensuring the quality of the treatments.
By booking an appointment and using the services, the following house rules are automatically accepted.
This policy is available on the Facebook page and displayed in the salon; lack of knowledge does not exempt you from its acceptance.
Appointment booking: services can only be used by prior appointment. You can book with me in person, by phone at +36 70 627 1190, or via Messenger. Keep in mind that verbal communication is always easier, faster, and more efficient than exchanging text messages! If I am unable to answer the phone at the moment, don’t worry, I will call you back as soon as possible.
Cancellation: of course, situations may arise where you cannot attend your scheduled appointment. Please inform me as soon as possible! You can modify or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In case of a forgotten appointment or cancellation within 24 hours, 60% of the agreed service price will be charged as a standby fee.
An exception applies if you or a close family member has a contagious illness that could easily be transmitted to me or other guests. Not to mention that most cosmetic treatments cannot and are not recommended during illness. Let’s take care of each other—our health is our most valuable asset!
Please arrive on time for your appointment so that the guest before you and the one after you do not feel uncomfortable. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to fully provide the requested service.
Hygiene: I welcome you in a clean salon maintained according to regulations, with proper tools, products, and the best of my knowledge. Due to the nature of cosmetic treatments, I pay special attention to hygiene. Please change your outdoor shoes to the provided guest slippers upon arrival.
Pets are not allowed due to hygiene regulations.
Tranquility: depending on the nature of the treatment, please mute or switch off your mobile phone so that your “me time” can truly be yours!
GDPR: for the purpose of planning and effectively performing treatments, I may only request the data necessary for this and take photos, which will not be shared with third parties. By accepting the house rules, you consent to the use of photos taken during the treatment for marketing purposes.
In case of negligent or intentional damage, the resulting costs must be covered by the person who caused the damage or their legal representative. Throughout the entire salon area, we take care to protect each other’s physical integrity and respect personal rights.
You can pay in cash or with a gift voucher at the salon. Prices are indicated in Hungarian forints and include VAT.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire salon.
